The Global Burden of Disease Study: Understanding and using health evidence for decision making

This two-day workshop will introduce participants to the foundations, principles and applications of the Global Burden of Disease Study (GBD), including real-world examples of how countries are utilizing it for decision making and hands-on exercises to familiarize participants with the many resources available. The Global Health Institute at the American University of Beirut in partnership with the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) are pleased to announce that the free registration to the Global Burden of Disease Training is now open. 
 
The two-day training will take place at the American University of Beirut in College Hall, Auditorium B1 from Monday, November 5 until Tuesday, November 6, 2018. Kindly note that the seats are limited.
