About this course
This course is for the Antibiotics in Primary Care Point Prevalence Survey (APC-PPS) as part of the ADILA project. This project aims to investigate the proportion of antibiotic prescribing/dispensing for patients with acute infectious symptoms presenting at a site participating in the study. This course will provide you with insights and details on the study design, and the process of data collection and entry.

Learning Objectives
- Module 1 - APC-PPS: Protocol Training: Understanding the aim, set-up, and design of the APC-PPS project;
- Module 2 - APC-PPS: Eligibility Training: Recognise patient eligibility criteria;
- Module 3 - APC PPS: Data Collection Training: Learn about the data entry tool for the survey, ODK
Target audience
This course is aimed at anybody who is involved in the APC-PPS at any level, whether from data collection at patient-level to data entry into ODK, site and country co-ordinators or people with interest in antibiotic prevalence surveys. This course supports the training and skills development required for the APC-PPS.
Structure and Duration
The course is divided in three parts. You can complete the modules in any order, but modules will need to be completed successfully before a certificate can be issued. Each module will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
Certification
A certificate will be issued on successful completion of each module and quiz (minimum 80%).
Note: It is not compulsory to take the quizzes; this is only if certification is desired.
