The UNICEF, UNDP, World Bank WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases hosted at WHO (TDR) and partners, invites applications from experienced knowledge managers to provide training and mentoring on its Structured Operational Research Training Initiative (SORT IT) course on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) to be held over the next three years in the following countries:  Colombia, Ghana, Myanmar, Nepal, Uganda and Vietnam.
 
TDR is looking to create a pool of 15-20 suitably qualified consultants to support it in this work. 
 
The work will require the knowledge management consultants to lead on the 4th Module of the SORT-IT programme: Evidence to inform policy/practice, which requires the design and delivery of in-country workshops including the necessary preparation of course materials, supporting the writing of issue and policy briefs, report writing and follow-up activities including remote mentoring.  The consultants will support work in 1,2 or more of the countries depending on their experience and other operational factors including availability and timelines.
