We are excited to announce this joint scientific meeting with the African Academy of Sciences in Nairobi on 07-08 July 2016. Confirmed speakers include Professor Moffat Nyirenda on the NCD epidemic in Africa and Dr Francisca Mutapi on human schistosomiasis in the post MDA era.
 
Thanks to generous support from the Wellcome Trust, we are able to offer up to 10 travel scholarships for early-career investigators from low and middle-income countries to attend and present at the meeting. These will be selected from the successful abstract submissions in early June.
