About: I am a research scientist with expertise in biochemistry, biostatistics and epidemiology; with more than ten years valuable working experience in the health industry, research and learning institutions. I have also gained experience in project research design and implementation, data management and analysis, project monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning and implementation and project impact assessment. Furthermore, l have worked on various projects for pharmacovigilance, clinical trials and quality management systems. I have also worked on the development and installation of electronic reporting of adverse drug reactions (ADRs & SAEs), adverse events following immunisation (AEFIs), e-clinical trials registry system for the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe. This was in collaboration with the Uppsala Monitoring Centre and WHO. I have also designed and implemented research projects to improve the cost effectiveness of disease surveillance techniques and in managing research activities.
