About: Ishrat has recently completed her PhD in plant genetics at the School of Science, Monash University, Sunway campus, Malaysia. She completed her Honors Degree of Bachelor (BSc) and Masters in Science (MSc) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. She also completed her Masters in Research (MRes) in Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from University of Glasgow, Scotland, UK.
