About: Mercelline is an independent consultant with expertise in Reproductive Maternal Neonatal Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH). She received her Master of Science in Public Health degree from the Clarke International University, Kampala in 2017, and a graduate nursing degree from the University of Eastern Africa Baraton (UEAB) in 2001. She has 20years of combined experience in program implementation and management, capacity building, clinical trials, operations research, monitoring, evaluation, and learning. An aspiring leader in the reproductive health research field, she has been an expert in the evaluation of USAID-funded projects in Kenya. She is the team leader and executive director of a local community-based organization Opportunity for the Victorian Child Initiative (OVICI) which implements programs in Siaya County, Kenya.
