About: Dr. Akanksha Yadav MSc, Ph.D presently working as Associate Professor, Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, SGT UNIVERSITY, GURUGRAM. She has over 16 years of experience in the field of Nutrition, Dietetics & Health care sector both as a professional and academician. She has published 20 research papers,2 book,s and 6 book chapters. Apart from this, she is guiding and mentoring students of Bachelor’s Master’s & Doctorate in their research work. She has conducted several seminars, fdp, webinars industrial visits, workshops, training programmes and guest lecturers concerning nutrition in the Department. She has been recently awarded out Outstanding Teacher and researcher award for her contribution to publishing a research article 6th International Conference, Strategies and Challenges and Life Sciences for Food Security and Sustainable Environment (SCALFE - 2023) and SGTU. She is also an active life member of renowned Dietetic -associations like the Indian Dietetic Association, Delhi chapter, the Nutrition Society of India and ATS Society.
