About: Dr Lluís Valerio currently works at the International Health Program in the Barcelona north Metropolitan Area. He received his PhD at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) and, subsequently, achived the post-degree Master in Tropical Medicine and ISTM-Travel Medicine Certifiate. Besides the ordinary work in Primary Care and the Infectious Diseases Department of the Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital, he has also worked in Africa.
