About: Leonard Mndala is an emerging public health researcher. His interest is in disease epidemiology research and health systems research within the Maternal and Child health theme. He works as a Research Assistant at a pre-PhD level in the Maternal and Fetal Health group at Malawi-Liverpool-Wellcome Clinical Research Programme; providing research support through data analysis, conducting trainings, and development of evaluation tools. Leonard is part of the team involved in evaluation of projects and drafting of research outputs within the group. He attended the University of Malawi, and Savitribai Phule Pune University in India. He holds a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science, and a MSc Health Sciences. In his free time, Leonard enjoys swimming, playing squash, and football.
