About: Wendemagegn Enbiale, Professor of Dermatovenerology, adjunct professor in Bahir Dar University and Arba Minch University Ethiopia and visiting professor at the University of Rwanda, with 20 years of experience in global health dermatology. Wende is a medical doctor by training, with master in public health and a Ph.D. in Global Health and Dermatology, his career encompasses a wide range of clinical, academic, research and administrative responsibilities. Wende, is actively engaged in various areas, including outbreak management, community-based research, operational research, and clinical trials. His contributions extend to international platforms, where he serves as a member of the WHO Strategic and Technical Advisory Group for Neglected Tropical Diseases. He also holds positions as the vice-chair of the International Alliance for Global Health Dermatology (GLODERM) and Vice Chair of the NTD Advisory Board of the Ministry of Health of Ethiopia.
