From March 2021 engaged in the laboratory within the Emergency Center of the Military Medical Academy. December 2010 - November 2018 Laboratory Technician, Military Medical Academy, Belgrade, Institute for Transfusiology and Chemobiology Activities performed: - Collection and conservation of blood and chemo products - Preparation and chemo product quality assurance - Taking part in apheresis treatment with chemotherapy - Taking part in transfusion aspects of stem cell transplantation - Preparation of patients for certain surgical interventions (psychological and physical preparation) - Conscientious participation in prevention of nosocomial infections in the treatment of infections - Trained to provide proper therapy as follows: Intravenously, intramuscularly, subcutaneously and orally - Trained to monitor fluid balance with patients. - Applying intravenous cannula, nurture and supervise its functionality - Carrying out necessary measures and supervision when administering intravenous infusion solution - Trained to donate blood and blood derivatives - Trained to carry out cardiopulmonary reanimation and other procedures related to provision of urgent medical care - Taking part in immunohematology with serology of blood groups - Taking part in marker examination of haematogenous transmissible diseases
