About: My name is John Okanda.Ii hold a BSc in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics from Kenyatta University and currently scheduled to defend my thesis for MPH at Maseno University. I have been in clinical research for over 15 years, about 8 of the years as clinical trials coordinator. I have worked for University of Nairobi paediatrics department as research assistant (nutrition officer), Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI)/US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) -KEMRI/CDC as research assistant and later study coordinator and lastly for Impact Research and Development Organization (IRDO) as clinical trials coordinator. I am currently interested in serving the research community as a clinical research monitor.
