About: I am a Clinical Trials Lab scientist, who is reliable, diligent and meticulous with focus on quality systems development. I have experience in developing Laboratory infrastructures, training laboratory cadres on laboratory procedures , processes and systems to produce accurate and reliable quality laboratory results. I have proven professional experience in clinical and research laboratory in Clinical chemistry, Hematology, Gene pert (EBOLA), IPC, microbiology, serology and Immunology respectively. In addition, have immense passion in Quality assurance and do it exceedingly well with minimal supervision. I am very proficient in both verbal and written communication and work within the GCP/GCLP regulations and guidelines. I have worked with CDC , Consulted for FHI360 to solve a quality issue in Walter reeds Labs based in kisian ,worked in Wellcome Trust Research Labs, Contracted with RAMS Global , a private Firm to strengthen regional laboratories in Dar-es-salaam towards accreditation and currently working as a clinical laboratory scientist for EBOVAC1, an EBOLA vaccine trial in Sierra Leone.
