We cordially invite you to attend the "13th American Healthcare & Hospital Management Summit; (13AHSUCG2023)," which will be conducted from November 15–18 as a hybrid event in Los Angeles, USA, The primary focus of the conference will be "Connecting Leaders in Healthcare Transformation and Bringing Learning to Life, Together toward Building Quality for a Safer Healthcare."Every scientific event or conference permits papers to be presented in two formats: oral and poster.
When a scientific and specialised conference is organised in an area, the conference secretariat issues a declaration stating that papers in that field will be accepted. This notification describes the deadline and how to submit articles. After the papers are submitted, the Scientific Committee of the Conference reviews them. Some submissions will be approved, while others will be refused.Oral and poster presentations are the most common types of presentations for accepted paper at conferences.
Oral PresentationConference presentations that are commonly usedFull paper - The length of a full paper varies, but it is often between 20 and 40 minutes, and it seldom exceeds one hour.Question time may follow a full paper.
Short paper - This sort of conference presentation can last as little as 10 minutes and is frequently part of a series of short papers in a 1- or 2-hour session on a certain conference sub-topic or theme, each followed by 10 minutes of question time.Timing is critical since brief paper sessions are frequently monitored by timekeepers who will 'terminate' your work after the allotted time. Most workshops place an emphasis on their practical aspect.Their goal is for participants to have an enjoyable time.
Workshop Most workshops place an emphasis on their practical aspect.Their goal is for participants to gain hands-on experience with a method, technique, or practical demonstration, as well as opportunity to ask you about the worth or viability of what you're presentingCase studiescase study is a comprehensive examination of one individual, family, or event. In order to look for patterns and causes of behaviour, practically every aspect of the subject's life and background is examined in a case study. Numerous disciplines, including anthropology, political science, education, psychology, medicine, and the social work, can benefit from the utilisation of case studies.
Poster - Posters displayed at the meeting will allow conference attendees to interact with scholars in an informal setting.Posters may be about previously accepted articles, ongoing research projects, debates on new problem statements, or a sneak peek at recently published results. You create a poster promoting your work (one or more A1 displays, including diagrams, text, references or visuals). This is on exhibit in a section of the conference site.Your poster may be staffed during specific hours when you must be accessible to provide additional information or answer inquiries about your poster.
It is assumed that participants have read the discussion paper. A synopsis is provided at the start of the paper (typically, but not always, by the paper presenter), and the session consists mostly of a debate or defence of the topics, questions, and concepts expressed in the paper.
Panel presentation/discussion - You are one of several people on a panel discussing a conference theme/topic. You may be an expert in a specific subject, topic, technology, or strategy, or you may represent an institution, department, or organisation.Normally, you will be notified in advance, but you may be invited to participate as a panellist at the conference. We hope the American Healthcare Summit unites diverse researches and case studies from all over the world, in parallel sessions while offering many networking and publishing opportunities. Discover the latest trends and challenges in the field at this leading healthcare conference.
Roundtable discussion - A brief paper presentation is followed by the presenter facilitating/workingshop discussions with participants in groups.
Getting ready for your conference presentation• A written paper, article, or report differs significantly from a conference presentation.• A conference presentation's introduction should be significantly lengthier than that of a printed text.• In a conference presentation, repetition is essential.• To grasp information, an audience must hear it numerous times and in somewhat varied forms, whereas a written text allows the reader to refer back if necessary.• In an oral conference presentation, informal rather than formal language should be employed.Consider a 'catchy' title because most conferences have concurrent sessions and your presentation may compete with many presentations being presented at the same time.If you have alreywritten your article, this task should be rather simple because the abstract is a synopsis of the study that is typically 200-400 words long. Ensure that the abstract clearly states the topics, questions, thesis, and concluding findings. If the paper has not yet been completed, prepare the abstract so that you do notcommit to details that will not be covered in the final manuscript.Follow the length, layout, and reference standards established by the conference organisers. Write the document in the same manner that you would an essay, a report, or, increasingly, a journal article. The latter is crucial if the conference proceedings are to be published(refereed).Prepare your presentation. The majority of presentations follow a predictable pattern. They are divided into three sections: introduction, body, and conclusion (i.e. tell them what you are going to say; then say it; then tell them what you have said). When a presentation lacks these distinct components, listeners may struggle to understand what is being presented.Preparation for a PresentationThe more you understand about your audience, the more likely you are to deliver an excellent presentation. Find out as much as you can about who will be there, their background, why they are coming, and how much they already know about the issue.Visit the room where you will deliver your presentation and obtain a sense of its size, acoustics, seating, and so on. If possible, become acquainted with the room's equipment.
Pronunciation is precise. Your voice must be distinct and clear. If you know you have trouble pronouncing words, talk more slowly than normal. Use intonation, stress, and pace adjustments (slow down at critical times, speed up at others).
